  • HEAD BLOCK QUALITY:

    Important: Head blocks must have hairlines that lay flat and good quality, real hair.

    For DovePalmer&Company UK courses all head blocks (mannequin heads) will be provided. Dove uses only the best quality head blocks with 100% human hair.

    HOW MANY HEAD BLOCKS?

    Product brands, educators, academies, salon owners: Please check the number of head blocks required per day for individual courses as numbers may vary for Dove Palmer and student use to complete the full course.

    WHY USE HEAD BLOCKS?

    Dove Palmer&Company prefers their students to have head blocks for Foundation MethoD Programmes. Head blocks work well for foundation workshops as all students can follow the exact techniques explained in the lectures and demonstrations.

  • START TIMES:

    Please arrive at the venue by 9am.

    The course day begins when all students are in place and ready to start learning.

    FINISH TIMES:

    Dove Palmer has an ‘open policy’ for finishing time which is always dependant on when the students have understood the theory, the dynamics or the technique of the day.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your dates in Dove Palmer’s calendar.

    If necessary dates can be moved subject to availability in Dove Palmer&Company’s calendar.

    Events/ course dates are confirmed on receipt of the deposit into DovePalmer&Company bank account.

    Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Final balance invoices will be sent out three weeks prior to the course or event start dates.

    Payment will be due in 7 days which is two weeks prior to the course or event start dates.

  • It is important to note that Dove Palmer will require assistant support throughout the course/ event from initial set up to close down.

    For show/ seminar/ events please see the Event Organisation document for the additional team members required to organise a successful event.

  • Students books are provided for each course for students to use for notes etc as reference post course.

  • Upon completion of the course each student will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement signed by Dove Palmer.

  • Progress charts will be given to students who are enrolled on the Foundation programme. Each course will be entered onto the progress chart and signed off by Dove Palmer.
