MY story

Dove Palmer began his career working under Umberto Giannini 2 times British Hairdresser of the Year.

It was moving to London, as Educator and Creative Director for one of the world’s leading hairdressing companies teaching in many global brand training courses, where he realised his passion; to understand the Dynamics of Technique, to develop a MethoD and to share it with “Those who love to learn”.

Dove spent 10 years creating educational developments, collections, and step by step videos, through which he recognised hair education was universal and could be understood by everyone. He further developed his theory; a creative understanding combined with a technical concept which would strengthen every aspiring hairdresser’s learning potential and quality of work.

The Dove Palmer concept does not aim to change the way you approach hair, but it does offers you a deeper understanding of how to develop your skillset further in order to achieve greater and more consistent results; even when he is not standing beside you.
